TiΕ‘atal war ein hurritischer FΓΌrst (endan) von UrkeΕ‘ um 2000 v. Chr.; eine genauere zeitliche Einordnung ist nicht mΓΆglich. Er ist bekannt aus einer GrΓΌndungsinschrift fΓΌr einen Tempel. Es handelt sich um eine gut erhaltene Steintafel, die von einem bronzenen LΓΆwen gehalten wird. Die Tafel gehΓΆrt zu den Γ€ltesten Zeugnissen der Hurritischen Sprache und auch der Hurritischen Religion. Der Name der Gottheit, fΓΌr die der Tempel gestiftet wurde, lautet DINGIRKIΕ .GAL, was eine frΓΌhe Schreibung fΓΌr Nergal sein dΓΌrfte. Die alternative Deutung dieses Namens als Kumarbi ist umstritten. Als BeschΓΌtzer des von TiΕ‘atal gestifteten Tempels wird der Gott Lubadag genannt, in der Fluchformel kommen noch der Wettergott und die "Herrin von Nagar" vor.

Zwei weitere Keilschrifttexte aus derselben Zeitepoche nennen einen TiΕ‘atal, Mann von Ninive und einen TiΕ‘atal, KΓΆnig von KaraαΈ«ar. Hierbei kΓΆnnte es sich um verschiedene Personen handeln.
